What Occult Science Means

The word itself

Occult comes from a Latin word meaning hidden. Occult science refers to knowledge traditions that sit outside mainstream science, often concerned with meaning, symbolism and the unseen.

In India

The term is commonly used to group practices such as astrology, numerology, palmistry, vastu and tantra traditions, along with the study of mantras and yantras. Many of these have long histories in Indian thought.

Study, not magic

For us, occult science is something to explore and understand, not a set of spells or rituals for sale. We treat it as a way of looking at meaning and symbolism in your life.

Seeing the same number again and again, or noticing a pattern of coincidences. We discuss what traditions say about these, and what they might mean for you.

Ancient traditions

An introduction to traditions such as mantra, yantra and the philosophical roots of Indian esoteric thought. We explain their history and ideas. We do not perform tantric rituals or sell yantras.

Consciousness and meditation

Conversations about awareness, intuition and inner experience, and how different traditions have understood them. Useful if you are starting a spiritual practice and want context.

Unexplained experiences

How a Hidden Sciences Session Works

1. Share your question or interest

It can be a dream, a symbol, a tradition you are curious about, or an experience. One sentence is enough.

2. We match you with a practitioner

Depending on the topic, you are matched with the practitioner whose background fits best. You see who you are booking before you book.

3. The conversation

An open, unhurried discussion. Your practitioner explains relevant traditions, asks about your experience, and helps you explore what it might mean.

4. Reading and next steps

If you want to go further, your practitioner can suggest books, practices or one of our specific services. There is no obligation.

5. Your notes

A written summary follows, including any references mentioned.

Hidden Sciences Fees

A Single Question session is from Rs 499 for 20 minutes, suited to one dream, one symbol or one focused question. A Full Consultation is from Rs 1,499 for 60 minutes, for a longer exploration. Prices include applicable taxes.

We do not sell rituals, amulets, yantras or spell work. You can cancel or reschedule free of charge up to four hours before your slot.

People who promise to fix your life through a ritual, a black magic removal or a tantric procedure for a fee are exploiting fear. Walk away.

Learn from sources you can check

Books, recognised teachers and documented traditions are safer starting points than anonymous online sellers.

Keep your judgement

Occult traditions offer frameworks for reflection. They are not instructions you must follow.

Look after your wellbeing

If an interest in the occult is bringing fear or distress rather than curiosity, step back and speak to someone you trust. If you are struggling with your mental health, please talk to a doctor or counsellor.

Write dreams down as soon as you wake, before the detail fades. Over a few weeks, recurring symbols and themes become easier to see, and a session becomes far more productive.

If a number, a symbol or a coincidence keeps appearing, jot down when and where. Patterns that feel striking in the moment sometimes look different on paper, and that is useful to know too.

Read before you practise

Traditions like mantra and yantra have long histories and serious literature behind them. Reading first protects you from sellers who dress up a product as ancient knowledge.

Occult topics attract a great deal of fear-based content online, from curses to warnings about dark forces. Genuine traditions are mostly about meaning and inner life. If something makes you afraid, step back and question it.
